摘要
系统发育不变量是系统发育树上马尔可夫模型联合概率分布中的特定多项式。此类多项式在代数统计学领域具有理论意义，同时也具有实际价值——它们可用于构建系统发育树。本文是对系统发育不变量实际应用中涉及的代数、统计和计算挑战的自包含式介绍。我们综述了相关文献，并提供了一些部分解答及许多未解问题。
