L-函数的宽矩 II：狄利克雷 L-函数

摘要
我们利用勒尔赫 zeta 函数的解析性质研究狄利克雷 L-函数的宽矩。其中我们得到了狄利克雷 L-函数（带任意扭曲）宽矩的渐近展开，推广了 Heath-Brown 的结果。我们还给出了其在非零性方面的应用。
