自杀风险预测的弱监督方法：相关领域的作用

摘要
社交媒体已成为研究自杀意念与评估自杀风险的宝贵资源。在社交媒体平台中，Reddit 因其匿名性以及对可反映用户心理状态或精神健康障碍（如 r/SuicideWatch、r/Anxiety、r/depression）兴趣的基于主题社区（subreddits）的关注，成为最有前景的平台。既往自杀风险预测工作的一个挑战是标注数据量少。我们针对几类弱监督方法开展实证探究，表明利用基于精神健康相关问题（如焦虑、抑郁）的伪标注有助于提升自杀风险预测模型表现。
