近正交函数类基数的VC界

摘要
我们限制了在{±1}^n上具有固定VC维数的近正交向量的数量。我们的界在机器学习和经验过程理论中具有意义，并改进了Haussler之前的界。这些界基于一个简单的投影论证，并可推广到其他乘积空间。在此过程中，我们推导了用熵函数表示的二项式系数和的紧界。
