面向人类-人工智能协作的情境感知用例

摘要
本研究探讨了将人类-人工智能协作(HAIC)用例作为前瞻性情境感知工具的潜力。基于对一家汽车公司高管的14次访谈，我们识别并归类了有助于组织预见和战略性应对HAIC影响的用例。来自案例公司的反馈表明，我们沿价值链和任务分组系统性地映射HAIC用例，能够实现对AI潜在角色的结构化理解，并凸显在组织过程中集成AI时进行战略前瞻的重要性。
