摘要
我们考虑了具有关联碱基序列的异质DNA模型的力诱导解链转变。我们考虑了有限程和长程关联两种情况。结果表明，有限程关联增加了DNA对外部解链力的稳定性。由于长程关联，解链碱基对的数量根据碱基序列的细节表现出两种截然不同的情景：要么根本没有解链相变，要么转变通过一系列幅度与系统尺寸相当的跳跃实现。这两种情景都与平均解链碱基对数量的行为不同（非自平均）。这些结果可能有助于解释DNA中关联结构的生物学目的。
