单电子晶体管的普适性与零偏压电导

摘要
讨论了零偏压近藤区单电子晶体管（SET）电导的热依赖性。建立了到对称安德森模型普适曲线的精确映射。该映射由近藤温度和近藤云中的电荷参数化。给出了与映射高度一致的说明性数值重整化群结果。
