摘要
我们报告了单电子晶体管（SET）和侧耦合几何结构中热电效应的数值重整化群研究。正如预期，计算的热导和热电势曲线显示出近藤效应和法诺干涉的特征。热电势曲线还受到粒子-空穴不对称性的影响。
