摘要

我们表明，单电子晶体管在低温下的电导与平衡 Anderson 模型的预测 quantitatively 一致。当未配对电子被局域化在晶体管中时，观察到 Kondo 效应。通过调节未配对电子能级靠近导体带的费米水平，可在 Kondo 区和混合价值区之间实现一个十字转变。
