复杂晶体振动谱中的普适关联

摘要
我们研究了无序晶体和具有复杂晶胞的晶体中晶格模的谱统计。发现无序固体块的简正模频率的关联遵循GOE维格纳-戴森统计。相比之下，在布里渊区中同一点处取值的具有复杂晶胞的晶体的本征频率集表现出GUE普适类特有的关联。
