复杂晶体光学声子谱的谱相关性

摘要
我们采用Wigner-Dyson统计方法分析具有复杂单元胞的固体光学声子谱中的谱相关性。尽管所有力常数均为实数，我们发现统计性质主要属于GUE类型，这取决于晶体Brillouin区内的空间位置以及单元胞的对称性。present了从GOE向GUE统计的分析与数值结果。
