用户行为类型化：Web 复杂搜索会话的探索性研究

摘要
本研究提出一种探索性方法，旨在对用户在 Web 搜索会话中的行为进行类型化分析。我们基于通用信息检索变量（如查询数量）描述该类型化方案，同时也通过研究主题（由搜索命题定义的具有不同语义内容的命题）进行分析。为此，我们收集了实验数据，使我们能够对同一任务下用户间的行为差异进行研究（N=70）。我们进行了多维度分析，提出了基于用户在处理复杂搜索任务过程中行为的5类类型化方案。
