摘要
对Si(100) MOSFETs在高迁移率和强电子-电子相互作用区域的电子输运实验数据进行了比较分析。结果表明，电子可用具有重整化质量和朗德因子的非相互作用气体模型来描述，这允许进行实验可验证的预测。
