支撑异质外延平衡成岛现象中位错形核的两种方法

摘要
我们使用分子静力学方法和相场晶体方法两种方法研究了二维纳米岛中的位错形成。研究发现，这两种方法指示了相同的形核过程定性阶段。位错在薄膜-衬底接触点处形核，并且当位错离岛-润湿膜接触点的距离大于最高能垒的距离时，能量单调下降。
