用于表面-分子相互作用研究的截锥体SPM针尖

摘要
报道了一种制备特殊形状SPM针尖的新技术。制备出具有平坦圆形针尖端面的贵金属镀层针尖。通过修改商用针尖获得不寻常的截锥体针尖形状。针尖端面平坦区的直径可在0.05–1微米范围内连续变化。
