我们报告了一种制备用于扫描隧道显微镜超导 Nb 尖端的简单方法,这些尖端可实现原子分辨率。经由超导体-绝缘体-金属(NIS)和超导体-绝缘体-超导体(SIS)光谱推断,其显示清晰的超导能隙 1.5 meV,临界温度 Tc=9.2±0.3 K,与 Bulk Nb 样品值相符。我们系统地发现部分尖端的临界磁场显著增大,至约 1 T,远高于 Bulk Nb 的临界磁场 0.21 T。这种增强可归因于尖端顶端的尺度效应。
