摘要
我们报告了使用原位制备的超导针尖作为对电极，在超导体中进行的高质量局域隧道谱测量。实验在极低温下使用稀释制冷机和3He恒温器进行。使用超导针尖和Al样品获得的光谱表明，我们装置的光谱分辨率为15 μeV。在观察到隧道机制下的约瑟夫森电流之后（使用Pb和Al针尖），我们讨论了具有原子级分辨率的扫描约瑟夫森光谱的可行性。我们还报告了展示这些超导针尖在外加磁场下新应用的实验。
