摘要
我们讨论了使用正常和超导针尖对超导态进行扫描隧道显微术和谱学(STM/S)的基础。我们提出了一种测量超导针尖与样品之间安德烈夫反射振幅局域变化的新方法。该方法被称为扫描安德烈夫反射谱学(SAS)。我们还简要讨论了在电流通过样品的情况下，使用STM/S进行涡旋成像，并展示了涡旋晶格随磁场与样品表面夹角变化的函数关系。
