摘要
在扫描门显微镜中，扫描力显微镜的针尖被用作可移动栅极来研究纳米结构中的电子输运，针尖诱导势的形状和大小对测量的分辨率和解释至关重要。在形貌扫描过程中沾染的污染物可能显著改变该势。我们提出了一种针尖的原位高场处理方法，可改善针尖诱导势。利用量子点测量了针尖诱导势。
