高斯图之间Chernoff信息的拓扑与代数性质

摘要
本文旨在找出区分一组高斯图时Chernoff信息的决定因素。我们发现两个高斯图的Chernoff信息可由其协方差矩阵的广义特征值决定。我们发现单位广义特征值不影响Chernoff信息，其对应维度不提供分类用途的信息。此外，利用独立嫁接操作连接的一系列高斯树之间的Chernoff信息，我们可提供偏序关系。借助广义特征值与Chernoff信息间的关系，我们能在分类信息损失最小的前提下进行最优线性降维。
