摘要

高端烈酒的仿冒品 poses significant economic and health risks,这可以通过 robust、accurate、portable and non-destructive through-bottle measurements 来解决。本文展示了 focus-matched inverse spatially offset spectroscopy 结合荧光和拉曼信号的能力,用于对 Cognac 和 Brandy 进行鉴定。该技术准确地识别了年份分类、装瓶年份、因 elevated storage 温度导致的陈化,以及区分不同 Cognac 品牌。关键的是,我们的方法有效地区分了 genuine Cognacs 与 counterfeit products,正确识别了 98% 的仿冒品。这表明穿瓶光谱技术作为面向高价值烈酒市场供应链完整性和消费者保护的强大工具具有巨大的前景。
