托尔曼-邦德解和瓦伊达解是爱因斯坦方程的两个解，分别描述粒子状 dust 和虚无流体。我们展示了在单一时空中匹配这两个解是可能的，即托尔曼-邦德--瓦伊达时空。该新的时空被一个虚无面分割，一侧为托尔曼-邦德 dust，一侧为瓦伊达流体。讨论了时空的光滑性。在构建一个具体解后，我们表明时空在虚无面上的度规至少为 ，且应力能量张量是连续的。
