热浴中Davydov-Scott蛋白质模型的热力学性质

摘要
利用Lindblad开放量子系统形式论,研究了与热浴接触的Davydov-Scott单体的热力学性质。通过路径积分方法研究了Lindblad方程。研究发现,环境效应对比热产生破坏性贡献,且酰胺-I与酰胺位点之间的强相互作用不利于稳定的Davydov-Scott单体。
