摘要

我们报告了对最近发现的一种空间扩展混沌态——螺旋缺陷混沌——的研究。该现象发生在低普朗特数、大宽高比的瑞利-本尔曼对流中。我们采用二维阴影图图像的时间序列的空-时间傅里叶变换的平方模来构建结构因子 S(k,ω){S}({\vec k},\omega )。用于表征该混沌态的平均空间和时间尺度。我们发现,相关长度和时间可由简化瑞利数 ϵ{\epsilon} 的幂律函数描述。这些幂律迄今尚无理论解释。
