摘要
Klep与Schweighofer问到，对于一个对称非交换多项式，若其在任意非平凡希尔伯特空间上有界自伴算子处的取值均不为负半定，则Nirgendsnegativsemidefinitheitsstellensatz是否成立。我们给出一个例子表明该开放问题有否定答案。
