我们推导出了生成 Hecke 代数不可约表示的 Young 对称化子的 q-类比的新表达式。我们利用 Cherednik 融合过程获得了这一新表达式。然而，我们不是将 Young 图分割为其行或列，而是考虑其主钩形。这最小化了融合过程中所需的辅助参数数量。
