摘要
我们理论上研究了 normal-超导- normal 单电子隧穿晶体管中电荷在 even 与 odd 状态之间的量子波动。我们指出，由于超导能隙，even 状态下的电荷波动在库仑阻塞 regime 中大于odd 状态下的波动。我们进一步表明，even 状态下由电荷波动引起的显著能量修正，可通过考虑充能能的重整来解释。
