库仑阻塞系统中标度行为的观测

摘要
我们描述了两个实验,以研究电子电荷涨落对量子点输运性质的影响。首先,我们通过改变连接点接触的电导,将器件从单量子点行为扫描到双量子点行为。其次,我们测量了充电能对势垒电导的依赖性。将实验与基于 Luttinger 液体类型描述的理论得到的曲线进行了比较。该理论预测了充电能的标度行为,与我们的实验吻合良好。
