Ruberman 给出了首批四维流形自微分同胚的例子，这些自微分同胚在拓扑范畴中同伦于恒等映射，但在光滑范畴中并非如此。我们利用两个 K3 曲面连通和中沿 3-球面的 Dehn 扭转，给出了该现象的又一个例子。
