摘要
确定了两种 AB 石墨堆叠之间错位旋转界面的相干层间电阻，涵盖了多种错位角情形。理想 AB 堆叠的量子电阻量级为 1 至 10 m。对于小旋转角，在远离电荷中性点的能量处，相干层间电阻指数趋近于理想量子电阻。在中间角度范围内，对于最小尺寸的原胞，电阻随原胞尺寸呈指数增加。类似角度的较大原胞尺寸可能不遵循此趋势。文中描述了层间透射的能量依赖性。
