Bernal石墨窄带隙半导体行为的证据

摘要
我们研究了大量高取向石墨样品的电阻率,其面积从几mm^2到几μm^2不等,厚度从约10 nm到几十微米。测得的电阻可由低载流子密度(< 10^9 cm^{-2})的半导体性石墨烯层与类金属内部界面的并联贡献来解释。结果表明,具有Bernal堆垛结构的理想石墨是一种窄带隙半导体,其能隙E_g约为40 meV。
