本文计算了 Thompson 的若干条直线和圆周的分段线性同胚的可数群的自同构群，并证明了这些群的外自同构群相对较小。这些结果可解释为圆周上某些 PL 函数结构的稳定性结果。文中发展了将圆周上的结构与直线上的相应结构联系起来的方法。
