周期集等距不变量的渐近行为及近线性时间算法

摘要
周期结构的基本模型是模刚体运动或等距的周期点集。我们近期在 SoCG 2021 的论文定义了等距不变量（密度函数），其在一般位置下是完备的且在扰动下连续。本工作引入了快得多的等距不变量（平均最小距离），其同样连续并能区分一些具有完全相同密度函数的集合。我们明确描述了新不变量对包括非周期在内的广泛集合类的渐近行为。所提出的近线性时间算法在一台普通台式机上仅用几小时就处理了数十万个真实结构的数据集。
