摘要
Wadsley 的一个经典定理表明，在所有 Reeb 轨道 均闭的连通接触流形上，Reeb 轨道 有一个公共周期。在本文中我们证明，对于闭连通 3-流形上的任意 Reeb 流，以下条件实际上是等价的：(1) 每个 Reeb 轨道都闭；(2) 所有闭 Reeb 轨道有一个公共周期；(3) 作用谱秩为 1。我们还证明，在固定的闭连通 3-流形上，作用谱秩为 1 的接触形式（模去微分同胚的拉回）由其闭 Reeb 轨道的最小周期集合所决定。
