摘要
本研究是首批开发不同原型的生成式人工智能（GenAI）聊天机器人，用于向 diverse 居民传达飓风准备信息的工作之一。drawing from Computers Are Social Actors 范式和关于灾害脆弱性及文化定制的文献，我们对来自佛罗里达州的 441 名 Black、Hispanic 和 Caucasian 居民进行了在 between-subjects 实验。我们的结果表明，语气正式性和文化定制不同的 GenAI 聊天机器人显著影响用户对其友好度和可信度的感知，这进而关系到飓风准备结果。这些结果凸显了使用 GenAI 聊天机器人改善 diverse 社区灾害准备的潜力。
