Mott 相变临近的强相关多层纳米结构

摘要
我们考察了由由半无限金属-阻挡层-半无限金属构成的多层 sandwich 结构的器件，其中的阻挡层调谐至Mott金属-绝缘相变的量子临界点附近。通过采用动力学均场理论，我们能够（在局部近似下）精确求解许多体问题，并确定通过纳米结构及其垂直于平面的电荷传输的态密度。我们引入了Thouless 能量的一种推广，用于描述从隧穿到非相干热激活传输之间的十字迁移。
