摘要
动力学均值场理论用于计算由半无限金属导电层夹层的障块平面组成的多层非均匀器件中电子电荷的重构. 主要关注掺杂 Mott 绝缘体障块,以及电子电荷重构如何在由材料本征性质决定厚度的器件中创建明确的 Mott 绝缘体区域,从而可能可被可重复制造.
