空间非均匀性与强相关物理：基于动力学均场法的Mott绝缘体/带绝缘体异结构研究

摘要
我们采用动力学均场方法来研究包含有限数量Mott绝缘体层且空间上无限的带绝缘体异结构的电子性质。随着Mott绝缘体层数的变化以及异结构中位置的变化，相关效应的演化被确定，光学导电率被计算。结果表明，异结构通常是金属性的，在相关区域与非相关区域之间出现中度重整态准粒子带。
