摘要
我们研究了一个通过隧穿结连接到超导引线的小型正常金属岛上的电荷。与 N-I-N 情形不同，即使隧穿势垒的电导超过 e^2/h，库仑台阶的台阶仍然保持尖锐。可以通过施加磁场破坏超导性来观察从尖锐台阶到模糊台阶的转变。
