这是关于弧空间的标准单项式理论与不变量理论系列论文的第一篇。对于任意代数闭域，我们为上行列式簇的弧空间构造了一个标准单项式基。作为一个应用，我们证明了一般线性群不变量理论第一、第二基本定理的弧空间类比。
