摘要
我们证明了有限域上多项式环中无平方因子等差数列上 Möbius 函数、von Mangoldt 函数与除数函数的分布水平估计。当 趋于 时，每个分布水平都收敛于 ，且幂次节省收敛于根号抵消。这些结果实际上适用于更广义的一类函数——因子分解函数，其包含了上述三个函数。除数估计在 -函数的矩中有应用，而 von Mangoldt 估计在单能级密度中有应用。
