Mott绝缘体表面的谱函数

摘要
我们从理论上展示了在三角形硅表面 K/Si(111)-B 和 SiC(0001) 实现的 Mott 绝缘体基态光电子能谱中短程螺旋磁关联的特征。计算所得的谱呈现出磁起源的低能特征，其色散约为 10-40 meV，相比于质心谱带宽约 0.2-0.3 eV 有所减小。值得注意的是，我们发现准粒子信号仅在磁 Goldstone 模附近存活。我们的发现将使这些硅表面成为研究非常规准粒子激发的新候选体系。
