摘要
在室温条件下使用电场或磁场操控拓扑绝缘体表面态的能力,是其集成到未来电子和光电子器件中的关键步骤。本文通过对一款掺锡 BiSbTeS 拓扑绝缘体的循环共振测量,证明了即使在室温下,适度的磁场也能将无质量的表面电子量化为 Landau 能级。这一发现表明,表面态电子在意外的高温下可以作为持久的准粒子。
