随机图邻接矩阵与拉普拉斯矩阵的谱分布

摘要
本文研究了随机图邻接矩阵与拉普拉斯矩阵的谱性质。我们证明了：（i）邻接矩阵与拉普拉斯矩阵的谱范数及最大特征值的大数定律；（ii）在某些进一步的独立条件下，拉普拉斯矩阵的归一化最大特征值几乎必然在一个紧区间内稠密；（iii）拉普拉斯矩阵特征值的经验分布弱收敛于标准高斯分布与 Wigner 半圆律的自由卷积；（iv）邻接矩阵特征值的经验分布弱收敛于 Wigner 半圆律。
