我们研究了在乘积分布邻域内的辅助测度上，Brascamp-Lieb 类函数不等式中最佳常数的下确界。在有限字母表和高斯情形下，该下确界收敛于互信息不等式中的最佳常数。讨论了其对两个公共随机数（CR）生成问题强 converse 性质的影响。特别地，我们证明了离散和高斯情形下全知助手 CR 生成问题速率区域的强 converse 性质。后一种情形可能是当速率区域涉及辅助随机变量时，连续源强 converse 的首个实例。
