摘要
在平面磁化的磁性隧道结中演示了单脉冲全光 helicity-independent 开关。通过将 Co40Fe40B20 (2nm 厚的软层) 与 10nm 厚 Co85Gd15 层进行 exchange 耦合，实现了该软层的翻转开关，同时通过测量器件的隧道磁阻来监控。使用平面磁化电极松弛了与垂直磁各向异性系统相关的限制，同时实现隧道磁阻 (TMR) 比超过 100%。还讨论了上部电气电极的影响，该电极在本研究中对激光束不透明。
