自组装InAs量子点的单电子充电

摘要
我们利用远红外(FIR)和电容谱学研究了自组装InAs量子点的多粒子基态和激发。确定了量子化和充电能对电子能谱的贡献。对于,我们发现与抛物线模型吻合良好;对于更高的填充数,库仑相互作用不仅体现在电容中,也体现在FIR激发中。
