自组装InAs量子点的远红外与电容谱学研究

摘要
我们回顾了近年来一系列探测自组装InAs量子点中少电子系统基态与激发的实验。远红外光谱学结合局域及大尺度电容探测，使得对量子点中多粒子谱不同贡献的详细研究成为可能。文中讨论了电子-电子相互作用对基态和激发的影响。
