量子点中两个关联电子的激发谱

摘要
报道了在抛物线型 Ga[Al]As 量子阱上制备的双电子量子点激发谱的测量与理论解释。实验上,在已知的最低单重态和三重态之外发现了激发态。这些态可在具有适度面内各向异性的抛物线型量子点的精确对角化计算中被重现。计算谱与测量在合理定量上一致,并表明电子间的关联在此系统中起重要作用。将精确结果与受限 Hartree-Fock 及广义 Heitler-London 方法比较表明,后者更适用于此系统,因其能解释电子态的空间关联。
