本文利用实谱给出了关于孤立实代数奇点的 Nash 平凡同时消解有限性定理以及 Blow-Nash 平凡性有限性定理的新证明。即，我们证明了由半代数集索引的 Nash 流形中的 Nash 集族，在将参数空间划分为有限个半代数片后，总允许一个 Nash 平凡同时消解；而在孤立奇点的情形下，它允许一个有限的 Blow-Nash 平凡化。我们还用递归界补充了这些有限性结果。
